Drawing from more than two decades of experience as an HR strategist and campus recruiter, Karen brings valuable insight into what colleges and employers look for in candidates. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. She is a professional member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and the New York State Association for College Admission Counseling (NYSACAC), and regularly collaborates with admissions teams and participates in ongoing professional development within the college counseling field.

A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wesleyan University, Lori majored in English and American Studies before earning her law degree with distinction from Emory University School of Law. She served as a federal judicial law clerk and practiced litigation for seven years at the international law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell. Lori also spent five years as an executive recruiter working with attorneys at top New York City law firms.
